So are you a “Say Yes to the Dress” fan? Then you probably are a Randy Fenoli fan!  We certainly are here at The Bridal Cottage.

Because of the success of the show, Randy has now written a book titled “It’s all about the dress.”  It’s such a fun read!  I just started reading the book, and I’d like to share with you a few things that I think are really helpful when choosing your wedding dress. 

Randy Rule #1 – For every rule, there is an exception! 

I LOVE this rule. 

Randy Rule #2 – Establish YOUR story!

All brides have a story.  Story about your life, your fiancé, your goals, hobbies, personal style.  Defining your story will help you in your journey to finding YOUR perfect dress.

Randy Rule #3 – Establish a budget.

This is so very important.  The last thing we want you to do is fall in love with a dress that you can’t wear on your wedding day because it’s over what you want or can spend.  Be honest with your bridal consultant, and she will be able to help you find your dream dress within whatever budget you have decided!

Randy Rule #4 – How you wear your dress is more important than how much you spend on it.

YES!

Randy Rule #5 – You can always purchase a cheaper dress, but in the end it will be only the price you love. 

So true.  You should feel beautiful in your dress, and not look back at your pictures in 10 years and wished you would have purchased something else.
